Thank you for choosing to share something that has happened.
Things may feel difficult now, but by choosing to report with your contact details, we will be able to help provide you with specific support. Your safety and wellbeing are our key priority. The staff who contact you will support you, not pass judgement and are trained in taking disclosures and supporting people. Please take a break if you need to, or complete with a trusted friend.
You will not be able to exit Report + Support and come back to your report, so please have any supporting attachments ready before you start (e.g. photographs, screen shots, emails). There is no system time limit to submitting your report. You will get an opportunity to review and edit your responses at the end, before submitting.
If you have experienced anything that has made you feel uncomfortable, distressed, anxious or harmed you in any way, you can report it either anonymously or with contact details.
This site is not designed to receive urgent reports. You will be contacted within 2 working days of submission of this report. This site is not monitored over weekends or during university closure periods.
You can change your choice to report anonymously or named without having to complete a report again, at multiple points.
We need to make you aware that the University is duty bound to keep our students, staff, and the wider community safe by passing any identifying information of any third party to the police. This will only take place if we believe there is a serious risk to you or another person/people. We will always seek your cooperation with this and do our utmost to try to minimise the impact on you.
By submitting this form, you agree to the use of your personal information as detailed in the Privacy Notice. The University will collect data obtained from incident reports to identify trends but at no time will your identifiable data be used in these aggregate reports. It will never be possible to identify you from these. If you would prefer not to provide information using this method, you can fill in the anonymous form.
You may wish to contact several internal student and staff support services or external support services as detailed on the support pages.
